2.1 Service Agreement
BrandVisualWorks provides visual identity and graphic design services. All service engagements begin upon written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. A binding contract is formed when both parties sign a project brief or equivalent written agreement.

2.2 Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final assets. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 5 percentage points above the ECB base rate.

2.3 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to the delivered brand assets, designs, and materials transfer to the client. BrandVisualWorks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

2.4 Revisions
Each service package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revisions must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery.

2.5 Limitation of Liability
BrandVisualWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service.

3.1 What Are Cookies

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your project reference, invoice number, and a description of the issue.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) work already delivered and accepted; (b) completed revision rounds; (c) third-party costs incurred on your behalf (stock imagery, licensing fees); (d) rush fees for expedited delivery.

4.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

4.5 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Leipzig, Germany, in accordance with German law.
